The valve consists of 3 parts. The base with stem, a cap and a pin for the trunk. You can use the pin, you don't have to. The small black cap is also airtight. You can inflate this valve with a normal bicycle pump.
Pay attention! Of course, the valve is not made of natural latex, but of a synthetic rubber. In the long run, this can discolour light colored latex.
